Destruction is a lot easier than construction. The guy who operates a wrecking ball has a easier time than the architect who has to rebuild the house from the pieces.--- Immortal Wombat.Comment

Diplomod is a modification to the CTP2 database to increade the AI's hostility and dare I say it Intelligence. It was written by Sean (I think) and can be found in the CTP2 databases section here. You just unzip the .zip file into your CTP2 directory and it should work fine. Make sure the files contained in the .zip unzipped into the same folders in your CTP2 directory. Unless you want to take up modding that's all you need to know.
