I have a leader and I want to hurry the production of a wonder. Does the leader contribute a fixed number of shields when hurrying production, or not? If not, what contribution do they make? Thanks in advance for any help.

Is this Civ/PTW or C3C? If C3C the leader must come from Science to rush a wonder. If Civ/PTW then you only have one leader type and it can rush a wonder or an army.
It will complete the task, regardless of the number of shields needed. -

Notice that if it's a Small Wonder, you can still rush it with a military leader.Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?
