I'm amazed that in all my democratic warmongering, I've never seen the revolt due to WW phenomenon, and in fact, was unaware of its existence until this or another recent thread. In my current playout of a done game, Rome just started a war with me via the sub bug (never mind that the sub was parked at the mouth of Tarentum Harbor and I had seen a Roman ship sailing toward it 
). I'm testing out the line of barricades my workers have constructed and TOW units have manned, so maybe I'll get to see it this time. If my people are foolish enough to revolt, I'll just have to kill some of them with Fascism to make my point. I've got Longevity, shouldn't be too bad.
