(1) What is the formula used to determine tech cost?
(2) And the formula the AI uses to value techs?
(3) And how does the AI value maps, lux, resources, etc.? Is it programmed to dislike gpt deals?

Had a quick look for the formula and no joy so far, but gpt deals definitely are the least favourite of the AI if you have any kind of bad reputation for broken treaties etc that the AI knows about. GPT should be fine as long as your rep with deals is squeaky clean.
