civ3 scenarios!

Hi, just wondering why it is that there seems to be almost no creation of scenarios for civ3, surely u can do everything u could do with civ2 except for the event scripting. Will any kind of event scripting (even very basic) be added with conquests?

I understand that the ne editor will be a bit more robust. If so then you could start to see more scenarios.
Look at the creation forum and you will see some of the issue and reasons.
