Check out the Creation forum, I think they have some discussion on scenarios there.

Maybe I do not understand the original question. I thought you were looking for some user created scenarios for PTW to down load and play. If that is so, the Creation forum is where most of them hang out and talk about their creations.
We do have some AU scenarios that can be found in the Strategy forum under the topped thread AU History.

If you are asking how to play any of the scenarios that ship with the game, you just use the Load Scenario button. It will show all of the ones available.
