  • changing rules in a running game

    greetings,

    i made an own scenario with the civ3ptw edit, with own rules. in the game, i saw some mistakes with the rules. how can i change them? are there any tools? i searched without having succes

      As for as I know there are no tools for this very purpose. However, C3MT has the ability to include the rules with a map import/export from a save. As long as you don't amke any additions to the rules I think you shall be fine.

        i used c3mt, but it deleted all buildungs in the citys. and thats very hard .

            its version 1.01.

            i take my actual game and export the map, than i edit the rules and re-import the map. after that, my cities are completly emptied of their buildings

              stop! i take everything back, this time, it didnt killt the buildings, but now, i have some unity dublicatet in the production list. but just self-created units, they are not in the exported map or in any other rules duplicated!?!

                Yuo should use at lerast v1.02 v1.01 has a bug in the save output which might cause all sorts of problems.

                  i'll fix it imadietelly, but another point -
                  i re imported a game, than it takes around half an hour to be able to play again - and the hole game was rather slow

                    I don't really understand what you did?

                    Was this error with C3MT v1.02 or v1.03?

                    What sort of changes are you trying to make to the rules?
