Historical Starting Positions?

I heard that there is a thing to start Civalizations in historical spots (eg. Babylon starts in a desert tile). I haven't been able to find it. Help?

you need teh civilization placement tool, you can get it in the download section with a few maps or on its own.

Or if you have PTW (might work with a patched plain civ too) open the editor and choose to place the civs start location in the tile you want. Consult the help file in the editor for further info.
