    I'm looking for the starting units and building advantages the computer gets on each level.

    Chieftain : 200% production (i.e, they have to put 200% of what you'd have to pay for the same building). No extra unit
    Warlord : 120% production. No extra unit.
    Regent : 100% production. No extra unit.
    Monarch : 90% production. 2 defensive units, 1 offensive unit. Max transition time = 4 turns
    Emperor : 80% production. 4 defensive units, 2 offensive units, 1 extra worker. Max transition time = 3 turns
    Deity : 60% production. 8 defensive units, 4 offensive units, 1 extra settler, 2 extra workers. Max transition time = 2 turns
