I prefer my games to be moderately challenging, because I often want to play causally without putting that many efforts in the game, yet I don't want ti to be a no-brainer either

Normal starts on diety. The only problem with diety games is that war is the only way to win.Comment

Nomarl start on deity, but if it's an unpromising start position I'll quit early. I like to at least have a chance to win.Some cry `Allah O Akbar` in the street. And some carry Allah in their heart.

As a builder, I prefer them moderately challenging. In fact they are often quite challenging during Ancient Age et quite relax at the end of the Industrial Age.Nym

Moderately challenging. Monarch level games meet this criteria. Emperor level games increase my anxiety level significantly which adds to my satifaction after the fact."What did you learn in school today, dear little boy of mine?

My favorite games are moderately challenging come from behind wins. Moderately challenging for me means - once map and opponents dictate what kind of goals I am going to set - I am able to work on my long term game strategy with a fair share, but generally normal, challenges and adjustments. I do not like playing a completely reactive game. Nor do I like starting out ahead, staying that way, and doing whatever I want unimpeded."Guess what? I got a fever!
