Everyone :

When you're online, check once in a while what other team members are online too.
It can be done here :

The members with a glowing light bulb near their name are online.

If there are many people(say, more than 2-3), get into the chat.

This way everytime we have a large part of our team online, everyone will be in the chat to discuss issues.

A good example is now, Beta, Harry, Macy and myself are online. I'm waiting in the VoxControli room.
