Someone, either GoW or a map trading partner of theirs, has an embassy in Lego. Any unit that would have landed on shore and moved in would have revealed more territory. Lego's starting position is probably the second worst after ours. They have only one cow near their capital and lots of jungle. At least they have a river for improved commerce. Nearby though they do have iron and horses and one game for the other city we can see. We don't know about about the rest of their territory. It must be at least OK for them to maintain their high score position. They also have lots of territory to expand into, probably what would have been for an eighth civ on a standard sized map.
RP also has a large territory, being the only civ on Bob south of the jungle. That territory has a good distribution of resources including access to four luxuries. RP is preparing defenses. They have built walls in two of their cities that are just across the jungle from ND. Couple that with the recent news that they are signing an MPP with Lego makes me think they fear an attack from the north.
ND has some resources and access to one luxury. There is wheat and gems to the east but their expansion seems to be NE into the old Lux territory. ND is the only civ that appears to have extra horses.
GoW has a nice starting position. The capital and the two adjacent cities have access to 4 wine hills, three game, and a fish. All but one game is within the city radius of the capital. They also have two other cities with cows. I am surprised their score is not higher. GoW has horses but I do not see any iron. I think GoW is getting pushed around by ND. Port Isolation is at the same lattitude as the other GoW cities yet ND claims that is their territory? Maybe ND claims that entire corner of Bob. That gives ND a lot of Bob compared to what GoW will get.
GoW is the only civ that has a harbor. We don't know about Lego because we can not see most of their cities.
