  • Map of Bob

I am e-mailing you a jpeg map of the full continent of Bob, as received from Legoland. It is interesting. Please note vondrack's comments. Let's respect them.

(statusperfect - do you want me to send you one as well. Please advise.)

    From vondrack:

Hereby, I am attaching the log and the map we promised (it was
up-to-date for Turn 72). One thing: even though we got the map with no
strings attached (like not being allowed to disclose it to anyone), it
was in fact ND's mistake that we got it... we were not really supposed
to get it (yes! unbelievable! :-))). The deal was "approved" ex-post
by both sides (they got some gold for it) and no hard feelings left,
but we would STRONGLY prefer NOBODY ever finds out we provided you
    with this map...

I believe you will best know what to do to save us from repercussions
that would inevitably follow any information leaks regarding the true
    source of this map.

    Best regards,
    Radek aka vondrack

well, they do have a lot of land

Do not display what people want, And the people will not have their hearts confused. A sage governs this way: He empties peoples minds and fills their bellies. The other thing that is interesting - if this is a recent map - we are not that far behind in city numbers or growth. Their cities are more spread out, and the increased land area is contributing to the differences in score.

Too bad we did build the city on Bob. That is going to cost us.

After seeing this map - anybody wanna stay and fight?

it does tell us one thing

we are the only nation that are so pressed for land (we know that GS has much more than us (but not, it looks, as much as the nations of Bob)

        I expected sometihng like this

          anyone remember the colors?

also, GoW deffinitely lied to us last Sat (about how pressed they were)

I don't think they can help at all

I think this is just a setup to get us out of Bob

but there is so much space there

No - but in about a couple of hours I will. Unless there is a compelling reason not to. Or a rush of opposition against the proposed plan.

I agree the land is good. But we are not welcome. And won't be. We now have GoW on side - and NeuD. The longer term strategy - which for now we concur with - is to taget RP after GS. NeuD will stay mum on the GS plans and go along with the public ruse.

I still like our chances against GS better than a one against two fight on the continent.

GS has committed to one galley in 10 turns. Or three in 16. I suspect we will request the latter.

Jon, See the minimap I sent around last week for placements of GoW and ND that I derived from old FA information. GoW is on top left of Bob, ND in the middle, RP on the bottom.

Beta, I think we could hold up against both GoW and ND for a while. It would be a defensive war, not one that gets us more land.

I would go with the three galleys in 16 turns, if that means those galleys will be near Estonia and ready to land then, not just leaving GoW on the NW of Bob.

Waiting more turns will let us prepare better (and maybe create a few galleys for those ideas I had) but it also could mean that GS has time to research Feudalism and we could end up facing pikemen.

WE do not want them getting Pikemen, that will make attack much harder

I agree on the first point Harry. but to what end.

And I agree on the second as well - it was 16 turns at Wittlich strait and ready to go. That was what GF said.
