Here is the text of the message I sent out on March 20th relating to that map:
I am attaching some pictures I created from the 1150BC save. The first one is a combo minimap. I took our current minimap and overlaid the old Lego minimap. The green lines are my guesses at where the land is. The light green bar is where the jungle on Bob should be (based on the same latitude as the jungle on Estonia). I indicated where I think the civs started based on information collected from various threads. I put an island between Lego and GoW because GoW had first contact with Lego so there must be some path between them.
Either way for me. If it's easier for the sender (the actual player) to upload the file here instead of sending it to everyone...who am I to complain?!

Nope. The upload is easier. And keeps everything in one place.
Sorry Trip.
We return this thread to its rightful owner.
Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war .... aw, forget that nonsense. Beer, please.
Since my latest ethical slip-up, I am glad that we have an outside "historian" or in better terms an "outside conscious mind" in the game play. Eli was the first to comment on my "lack of judgement," but this oversight was quickly backed-up by you, Trip. And for that, I am glad that we have you here. Since you are not apart of Vox, you don't have any ties to us and your "view point" keeps the game fair for all teams. I firmly believe that all teams should have the benifit of your oversight - since, if I made an ethical slip-up, how many other teams have also "stepped over the line" in the past...or will in the future?
I just wanted to take the time and thank you for taking the job of being "the World Conscious" in the game.
Oh ya, and being the game's historian too - though I think being the historian is secondary to being an outside conscious for the teams.

Good points, Witt. And I'm afraid to ask - but how would you fight a war dishonestly? Doesn't the 'maintain random seed' mean that a battle will turn out the same. Ah - but then if you know you are going to lose - you don't fight it? I suppose there are other things like this if you thought about it long enough.
We will fight fair!
