I say Military Unit. I think we need to gain more military respect. ND has been threatening us. If they see a large # of units with our settler, they will not be so active in not letting us settle.

I'm glad we're on the same page Witt.

I would like to see a granary, harbor, library, and two more galleys, not necessarily in that order. We need to send a galley around southern Estonia so we can get an idea how bit it is. We could also use another one to do some exploring to find out if there are some nearby islands we can take advantage of. We need to keep at least one galley handy for moving units to/from the main continent.

Let Miller Town and The Voice produce military land units between producing settlers/workers.

I would also like to get some libraries going. Our research rate and our culture both need improvement.

I still think due to the limited size. a harbour or temple would be better.

Looks like Diss, Harry and I are on the same page.

Harry - one comment about sending a galley around Esonia, I suspect GS would not take kindly to it.

Actually, why couldn't we build another galley and sail it north then east then south (clock-wise around Estonia originating in Elipolis - but start out on the western side of Estonia)....what I'm getting at is if and when GS spots our galley, by that stage we can just say that it's trying to make its way back home again!

Plus, we might see some shallow waters/islands just off the eastern side of our capital - I think it's worth the try.

Tell them we are looking for uninhabited islands. We don't need to go all the way around Estonia to get an idea what the size is.

There are a lot of waters off our coast that we know nothing about. If we get shut out of the main continent it would be nice to know if there are other lands we could use.

I like the lost galley plan.

And more seriously, I agree that another galley is probably a good idea.

yes getting to know a little more about our continent would be nice. Just don't go further south than our agreed upon plan- unless you can't be seen .
