The name is actually a twist on Vox Populi - which is voice of the people. Voice of the controller sounds much more menacing IMO.

Dissident needs someone to take over a pbem game for him. Large map, six civs, we are at around 2000 bc or something like that. Great game for a builder - lots of space.
