we need to play this game, not the last one

while using what we know about the different teams is a good idea, we shouldn't begin in a state of war with the Horde, despite what they have done

if it is in our best interests to ally with them, then we should ally with them

ok?

similiarly we shouldn't be trying to strike back at GS for the lost that the first Vox took at their hands

also, despite the fact that I like many people on their team, we shouldn't start with the idea that we are somehow allied with Sanetarrium... just as in the first game the fact that NYE is a close freind to me didn't effect Vox/GS relations

further, what lost for Vox in the GS/Vox war was that we had no one who was skilled enough/micromanagement oreinted enough at the beggining of the game (later on we had HarryH and Rhoth, but we don't have them now)

we need to make sure we have someone like that now (I am not..)

Witt is an advisor, and I mostly do org (although I can do other duties also)

proposed organisation

fearless leader: myself, in charge of organisation and making sure everything is being done properly

turn players : play the turns, post info about what is going on in game, etc

micromanagers : makes sure that we eat all our food, and make efficient use of our land/resources

FAs : make sure that we have good relationships with other teams, yes Horde will have an FA, and yes, they will need to be 'freindly' to them (I will probably try to find someone not involved in C3C game for this)

propagandists : make sure that we look good on the forums

advisors : look over the others shouldiers, plus help guide broad strategy
