I think we would simply be a speed bump to the military powers of GoW and GS if they decided to run us over. Although we do have good defensive territory.
I think our long-term survival is going to depend on diplomacy - staying as neutral as we can, while still benefitting from our trade deals. Get some more land if we can. And stay out of everybodies way. The next fight will be among ND, GoW, and GS. From that mess - two survive. And when they go at it - that's our opportunity.
And in the meantime - continue to build as strong a military capability as our limited economy will allow.
