  • Voting in the main forum

There are currently a couple of "team votes" in the main forum. One of them is about the use of the F1 and arrows for increasing production, etc. The other is about battle logs. We need to decide as a team what our votes will be so I can post that in the thread.

My personal opinion...yes on battle log, no on F1 screen (with the exception of continuing lux deals without the 1 turn lapse as we will need to do VERY soon ).

I think I could go for your opinion

although I don't think I am against the F1 screen in general

I concur, I vote along with Rhoth's suggestions....Though I thinking maintaining a battle log can end up being very painful if we are in a large conflict.

I would personally vote yes on both -- ie, F1 seems fine to me, and Battle Logs seem like a good idea, tho i've not played a PBEM game with a battle before (even the barbs in my current game that's the most advanced are not willing to attack for some reason) thus I don't know how frustrating it is to have insufficient info on what attacks happen

Seems like Civ designers should have built in a battle replay into the PBEM ...

Anyways, so I vote "yes" on both.

I can go along with this as well. And yes, not sure why the designers didn't build something in - even if it was a written report on the battle (which is essentially what we will be creating).
