  • What to do with Wittlich??!!

    City that is.

Unless anyone else has some idea what we shoud do with the real Witt.

    Two options.

We build a second settler after this one is up next turn. It can be done in 3 turns using 3 spearmen. 4 turns using 2. Gtes WC down to pop 1. And clears up more cash flow for the treasury.

Or, we build two workers. The first one will be done in two turns. The second in 3, maybe 4. Or sooner if we use one spear.

I am leaning to the settler - using two spears depending on the overall timing of the jump. Three if need be.
    4
    Settler - using 2 or 3 spears.

I agree with the settler. Disbanding the spears will help create the cash flow and get the city down where we want it. We have enough pikemen and immortals for initial protection of all the settlers we'll be sending to our new lands.

I have not looked at the city site map in a while. If I remember correctly we need about 8 settlers. The more cities we found quickly the better our overall growth rate will be.

I voted for settler. I would prefer to use 2 spears, if the timing works OK, saving one in case we need it for something else or for protection on the new land.

My God! I go on a vacation to Sweden, happen to go camping in Malmo for a week, I get back to a computer with internet access and I see the title of this Thead! Talk about a rough group!

Anyhow, I concur - Build the Settler.

Actually, Sweden is great...and yes, rather expensive. As a matter of fact, I'm still over here - my return flight isn't until 21 July...so I still have 9 days left to punk around Gothenborg before I have to return to California.
