Can I expect that we intend to switch to Monarchy on turn 82, experience our 1 turn of chaos, and then be enjoying it's benefits on turn 83?

Good point. Legoland will give us Monarchy on turn 81, but we won't get it until 82, and at the end of 82 we will enact "the great leap forward", which should take effect on turn 83.

Before we go into Monarchy, we need to think about something. That is a last minute Pop rush before we go into anarchy. We need to see if there will be things that we are building that may benifit from a poprush. We also might not have anything that we can poprush when the time comes, but we need to be prepaired to do it.
