"The dogmas of the quiet past are inadequate to the stormy present. The occasion is piled high with difficulty, and we must rise with the occasion. As our case is new, so we must think anew and act anew. We must disenthrall ourselves, and then we shall save our country." -- Abraham Lincoln

Turn Report
Magyar Warriors: NE
Barcelona Warriors: SW The barbarians are missing and the military advisor doesn't warn about barbarian activity
Madrid Expedition: S
Bulgar Warriors: N
Bulgar Warriors discover an ND settler and spear!!! (see the report for the image (with the scores)
IMO this is an indication that we need to settle the valley NE from Madrid soon.
FeoCalvos: SE
GuObs: E
First Rider: S SW SW W
New Spear (at Pamplona) fortified
Dejon Slaves: SW and mining
Changed Pamplona WF to #2 #7 #8 and #19
Mil. Advisor: Ave to ND and Lego. Strong to the others.
Diplomacy: While we were playing the turn Vondrack told Lord Togas that Lego got Monarchy from a goody hut and wanted to trade to us. I suppose the details about that will be explained in the diplo thread, but just a few summary:
We got Monarchy from Lego for 10 gpt plus 50 gold at the turn 100. That's 158 commerce cheaper that we would have paid by researching on our own. The deal says that we cannot change to Monarchy until turn 82.
Because of that, tax has been set to 100% (23 gpt)
