    Barracks in Madrid will be done.
    Border of Santiago will expand.
    We will receive GoW's WM and should begin studying it.

          changed Barcelona to make settler. Will pop out in 9 turns when the city grows. This was done after discussion in chat. It was decided unanimously that we need to get REXing again with non-mil cities as ND has built 3 cities in the past several turns and we have made 0.

                I guess ND got a little surprise when Santiago borders expanded!

                Any idea where this new settler is going? I suggest SW from BCN to get our second luxury.

                I've posted the save at my page. Will update the city screens when I have time, but the save is easier and quicker to post.
