We are to continue to portray ourselves as a peace-loving, neutral, afraid-of-war civilization. Currently we are militarily weak but when we do become strong, we are not to reveal that to anyone.
It may be somewhat obvious from the mil advisor, but we'll let them worry about that.
Should Lux be destroyed and should war break out between GoW & ND in the future, we are to play the same role we played this time: act like peaceniks, write to both parties to try to stop the war, write news stories about the horrors of war, and sign a new non-agg pact with ND and generally kiss their ass from all possible angles. We may even tell GoW "Sorry, we can't help" ...
but if we have the offensive might, we will thoroughly backstab Neu Dem when the moment is right, and when their preoccupied with war on GoW, that will most likely be the ideal moment.
