I am currently (as in right now) working on a new possible plan for Madrid... I'll post it here if I have changed orders for Madrid.Long-time poster on Apolyton and WePlayCiv

When the spearman is complete in Madrid, please switch Madrid to a barracks (placeholder). This should occur during the turn AFTER this next one.
I've looked at the details and building the worker first only serves to shoot ourselves in the feet. Putting an improvement or more military units in between this spearman and that worker is definately the right move. It makes about 2-3 turns worth of difference in growth and production times, depending on how you tweak things after that decision.
The question is what Madrid should build in between... I'm going to start a poll/discussion thread for this, as I'm interested what people think (and that's a good way to get their attention). Ultimately, Togas and I will make the decision... I just want to see arguments in favor of each option.
This is why the barracks is placeholder.Long-time poster on Apolyton and WePlayCiv

And these task will be done in time. (even a tunnel through the mountain to pamplona perhaps? )
Ok, if we set in all our efforts on such infrastructure task now, and produce many workers for it, this will of course take less time and corruption be reduced. ok, thats nice but...
Meanwhile:
Someone elses, landhungry tribe, settles in the areas that we were planning to. And they might even get a foothold on the Westcoast or the unexplored area North of Madrid. (where we suspect there to be a lake)
So its a matter of prioritizing strategies...My words are backed with hard coconuts.

Your ideas, that I share, are progressing Oliverfa... but there are still some REX addicts to convince... You have observed that, except Lego who is alone, no other civ seems to be rexing.Statistical anomaly.
