    2710 BC Report

TEG moved S - nothing new
Madrid Expedition moved SW - nothing new
Magyar Warriors moved S - uncovering more coastline and game
Guerrero de Pamplona (Pamplona Warriors) fortified, they will pop the hut next turn
El Protector De Madrid (Madrid Spearman) moved W

(no I haven't renamed those last two - just wanted to see everyone's reaction to jd's suggested naming)

    Madrid
Q changed to Temple so that hut has option of being a settler (Temple is same number of shields as Settler)
WF changed to Game and Forest to synch the turns for growth and settler completion (4 turns)

Slider remains the same at 90% - Writing in 21 turns

    Military
Compared to Lux and ND we are average.
Compared to GoW we are strong.

I noticed that the Histograph gives different scores - they must be updated for this turn already.

    Next turn - Goodie Hut!

I don't know if the ND scout can see the goody hut, but they are on a mountain. If they could see it and go in a straight line to get to it, they will cross through our territory.

I hope they do, honestly. I want an excuse to have something to be distrustful of them for. They can't pull this "we need confirmation of your friendship" crap and then be trying to squirrel away our goody hut first and get a bigger jump on us.

I will be interested to here what Señor Davout can find out with his new formula about how far ahead of us they are.

Why are we not exploring ND's borders more thoroughly? They seem to be doing so with ours.

If they can see the goodie hut, they can see also our warrior right next to it, and would know that they can't reach it before us.

The Madrid Expedition will be doing a pass-by of the southern edges of ND territory.

I thought that units on mountains can look only 2 tiles far. The GH is 3 tiles far... Or do you mean they can see a bit of it revealed by the edge of the fog?

You may be right, Señor Cian. I was not sure about it so I went with the worst case.

If they can see it, I wish they would go for it so that, if barbarians were to come out, the scout would be killed

            ruby-maser,

My assistant Domingo Quesecome was severely wounded during our second assault against the Firaxis roundings. He just said before collapsing : they are misleading and treacherous. We nevertheless expect he will recover soon.
I have not the figures here, but from memory I can tell that ND is first only because they settled their second city before us. And dejon in his report mentionned that compared to them our military is average.
Also, GS is behind only because they settled their first city one turn after us.
            Statistical anomaly.
