Juan de Torquemada
Watcher
Your Grace,
This is my watching report for the period recently ended.
1. I have not yet material evidences that the individuals watched have committed anything forbidden or dangerous or threatening for Your Grace or España.
2. However, I notice that a report is currently distributed to all interested, under the name F11 (obviously a code name), showing on THE FIRST LINE: Approval 50%. This could be interpreted as an approval rate of our Supreme Despot, or more probably a disapproval rate as enormous as 50%. As His Grace has never asked nor ordered to approve his actions, and certainly does not intend to do so in a foreseeable future since His Grace does not care at all of what the people think provided they keep mute, I therefore respectfully suggest that this attempt to destabilize the State be addressed soon: 1. Questions and gallups of any kind and for whatever motives must not be answered in España unless asked by the Supreme Despot or on his behalf. 2. The Watcher must intensify his watching. In this respect I have hired some hands to help me building up the archives of the watching, namely Domingo Quesecome, and his three brothers, Lunes, Martes and Miercoles.
I am prepared to comment any of the above as and when Your Grace would find it appropriate, and I remain, more than ever,
Yours rigidly faithful and stubbornly loyal,
Juan de Torquemada.
