The Explorer's Guild has reached the first mountain and found our first gold deposit. Our worker has reached the fertile fields and will irrigate next turn.

I moved the units then tried to name them, and found out that the game doesn't let you do it. Will have to rename FIRST, then move the units.

your grace, I would like to update the Public Works scenario. Would there be any way that this save or the next one can be provided as an attachment or emailed to whoever wants it?

Is that smudge of blue beyond the gold mountain in the picture a river? Could there be another valley nearby? I hope we have room to grow. These mountains hem us in. Maybe if there are more of us and more towns, the bad spirits that live on top of the mountains will be frightened off.

I was going to try to work from the jpeg in the link, but it is saying it is currently unavailable.

Indeed, it looks like there's a river on the other side of the gold mountain. Our brave explorers should move West again next turn, and let's hope they'll discover another fertile valley on the other side.

Had the same problem, but it's solved now, for me at least.

I think we must try a hand and westward expansion. The squid business here is as good as it will be. We need a city on the sea, yes, but that valley looks beautifully fertile, and the gold nearby would most certainly be productive, especially for our commercially minded people. Perhaps our company would be allowed to buy a share in that gold mind, eh?
