Thud has been appointed to serve as ambassador to Legoland, and I am unsure how that will be affected.

But will our overall relations with the Glory of War be affected by this? I think it is time for adaMada to go to work to smooth what could potentially be a rift in this game?

This happens in an entirely different universe, and cannot have any effect or influence on this one.

The Roleplay team should not accept any discussion with other teams on that subject.

We'll see jdjdjd, I'm not sure if we're going to go through with a court case. Fact is, he's kinda right. I haven't done too much. Now, in my defence, there isn't much to do. I am going to position the troops for the German campaign, but I haven't had much to work with until recently.

I don't think it will effect this team. In fact, the rumors are somewhat true, I am frankly going to spend more time with the PtWDG now. We already have a rift with GoW... they want to conquer us. I think Unortho has been civil about this so far. I got no warning, but I am in communication with him.

I wish I believed that. However, the two are not mutually exclusive. If humans are existing in both "universe" (and they are), so are their preconceived notions, grudges, grievances, etc., etc. You name it... it will care over.

However, I am not talking about using this game as a platform for debate in regards to or defense of anyone. I simply want to insure, through diplomatic channels, that everyone is on the same page concerning this game. That is what diplomatic channels are for

In the demogame, nobody can be really suprised that Unortho call for Thud being empeached. In this game, you remember that Ninot said that he intended to play this game with a different personnality than that he used to have in the demogame; so, former preconceived etc should not have entered this game. And if ther enter, they will confirm our enemies that we are still weaker than they expected, which is good. But I think that we should not let this subject be discussed, even diplomatically. We have not to excuse ourselves for facts not committed by a Spaniard in a place which was not Spain. After all, we are the Roleplay team.

I do not see this as being a problem.

First thing first -- UnOrthOdOx is an ambassador for Glory of War, but not to us. Even if he was, though, this would not affect our relations. I personally have an excellent relationship with UnOrthOdOx, and I feel sure that this would not change -- even if the issue came up, which it should not (at least in the context of this game).

Should my lord, Togas, feel this is an issue to address, I will of course respond accordingly in smoothing over relations between our teams. Having said that, I feel strongly that this should not be a concern to us, especially considering that Thud is not an ambassador to UnOrthOs team and UnOrthO is not an ambassador to ours.

I agree with Davout's statement -- the Roleplay team should not even address the issue. If it is brought to us, I would do my best to dismiss it or avoid the issue. I believe there is no rift -- unless we create one.

Of course, if anyone disagrees, I would be very open to arguements. I feel that Thud and UnOrthO will probably not interact with eachother in a diplomatic context -- if anyone can show me the error of my thoughts, or if Togas (or his most trusted advisor, Arnelos) desire a quick resolution, I will provide. I am in constant contact with UnOrthO over issues in the Singleplayer game, and I am fully capable of ensuring there are no ruffled feathers -- but I don't think there are any .

This is an interesting point, and while I have glanced at a few threads in the C3DG, I decided not to get involved as the game had already progressed quite a bit and this one was just starting.

My question is, since it appears that many members from there have made their way on the various teams here are there any "situations" or string of incidents between members of the various teams that we need to avoid or posibily take advantage or for our team's interests?

Or their personality traits of other teams' members we can use to our advantage?

Plenty, but it would take too long to explain all of that

For the most part, however, most people got along pretty well on the single-player C3DG side (we were all on the same team, afterall ). That said, personalities are certainly something we have reason to know a lot about and could taylor stuff to.

Per what has been said by our esteemed ambassador, I will not push the matter further, but in all fairness to an honest dialogue on the subject, Ninot's "persona" has nothing to do with it. It is just that, a persona, and that can no doubt change with the person. However, it is far different matter when two people (not their personas) legitimately don't get along.

Now according to Thud, it hasn't come to blows and everyone is being civilized (good, I'm happy), but if I put myself in his shoes, I'd be slightly irritated at a person pretentious enough to publicly demand my resignation or face removal from office while in the impeachment process. And there would be nothing my character's persona could do about it

Lets think about something really macchiavelian. If somebody in one game is irritated by being subject to a call for impeachment in another game, we can imagine that Unortho, member of GoW, is deliberately trying to destabilize our team. Next impeachments in line : Arnelos and ET ??
