Mr. WhereItsAt has posted a request in the forum that was setup outside in the public area inquiring as to whether we had finalized our decision about a civ. He is planning his team-choice based on the civ he likes best.

He may not be alone either. I say the more people and input, the better for our team. I know there has been some talk about delaying declaring our team choice awhile (maybe to keep pre-game planning against us to a minimum), but I hope we go ahead and declare soon so that we can hopefully attract more members.
