Cultivate Friends
I'd like to stress this again, if any of you have friends on the other teams, keep those friendships alive and keep open the lines of conversation. It's OK to tell them a bit about what we're doing and give them a good impression about our fun-loving team. Make a positive impression and exchange information with them so that we can get a better idea of how the other teams are operating.
Those of you who are closely connected to someone from another team will be given the Ambassador job to that team. I'd like to have the other teams working with someone who is their friend, and I want to encourage an attitude of cooperation and trust from the beginning.

.
. There are several groups who we discuss the most when we formulate our strategies; let's do our best to not be one of the groups the other guys are talking about. Supprise and flexability are our greatest advantages, since we have no stated goal (unlike most of the other teams).
