Set "Witlich City" to Catapult (6 turns) ... note, this city can go max 7spt until it grows. Right now set up for good growth.
Set "Beta by the Sea" to Catapult (4 turns) ... note, this city can go to max 6spt.

If anyone has any suggestions on any FURTHER name changes, I have picked these five from the ones that we seemed to like:
Monterrey (my favorite, and colonial capital of Mexico), El Paso, San Antonio, Santa Barbara, San Diego (the last two as they were west coast cities with famous missions).
We are making 22gpt and we can give some of that to GS if they need to increase their research rate. Let's discuss it with them.
