  • A crazy idea: Vox attacking GoW

I know that this sounds like a crazy idea, but provided that we need everything we can get in our situation I wanted to share this idea with you in case it was not as crazy as it seems.

I've seen at the international forums that Vox is really angry with GoW. At least that's what it seems by the things that Beta and Maste Zen say.

My point is that, with all the war being fought at Spanish lands, it's probably that GoW lands are not so well defended. Maybe Vox would like to take profit from this situation and attack GoW. You know, spoils of war.

I am not proposing any kind of deal with Vox, just let them know that GoW have really lots of troops here (maybe even send them screenshots to back up this affirmation) and that it is a good chance for them to get some lands. If Vox attack they are oppening a new front, helping us and, ultimately, helping themselves because they will get spoils of war.

I'll certainly strike up the issue with Beta again, but my last discussion with Beta on this issue was that Vox is certainly WILLING to take some GoW territory down the line, but they need to see some indication that GoW's forces are on the defensive in their home territories (GS and RP have gone on the offensive).

Rest assured, as soon as GS and RP have indeed gone on the offensive into ND/GoW territory rather than merely retaking RP territory, talking with Beta about what I proposed to him earlier is exactly what I have in mind.

What about the Chinese islands to the east of Voxia? Surely they cannot be too heavily defended and they must be cut off from the mainland. They may be inviting targets to the Voxians if they can build up some naval force.

I may, perhaps, be of assistance in convincing them to attack if this is what must be done to save Christendom.

Ah, another word from our Holy Leader, thank you.

This is great news, Arnelos, do what you can to get them on our side, three countries in war with the Axis of Evil is too much for them.

Actually, that's exactly what I was talking to Beta about. He's willing to use what naval power they have to conquer the GoW island if we can put GoW on the defensive to minimize the chances of a GoW counter-attack.

As for invading the GoW homeland, he might be interested in that as well if we are already at the gates of their kingdom and it's a matter of piling on more nations willing to help expedite GoW's destruction in return for a piece of the victory pie.

Unlike GoW's lack of wisdom in turning away such a potential arrangement with Gathering Storm (which played into our hands and lead in part to the RP-GS Alliance), it is my hope that we can spare some of the far Northwestern GoW lands if Vox is willing to help take them. I need to discuss this more with Gathering Storm, but it is a possibility.

As for Legoland, they will not militarily intervene, I believe. However, they are willing to (at the very least) remain out of the conflict and, at the most, provide material assistance in the form of free luxuries along with perhaps some technology trading or perhaps even some financial aid (if I can get them to that...).

Our goal is to crush ND and GoW... I think we're willing to pay what prices may be necessary to meet that end, since price is far less of an issue to us than it would have been before.

I'd be OVERJOYED to give the utterly corrupt, smelly, and likely poluted lands of GoW to ANY other nation that want it. Whatever they ask for, it shall be given.
