The following bill was passed 9-0

Enabling Act of the Great Bobian War

This bill before the House of Lords would permit the King of Spain, his General, and their lieutenants, to consider any currently invading forces or future invading forces of a foreign power into Spanish territory or a public declaration of war upon Spain by a foreign power an automatic authorization by the House of Lords to prosecute a war upon said foreign power(s). This shall remain in effect until all such wars have come to an end or the House of Lords passes a subsequent bill which overrides the present one.

The King and his general are, however, responsible for reporting on the progress of the war to the House of Lords and submitting themselves, when necessary, to suggestions and oversight by the Lords.

This bill also authorizes (and encourages) the King and his diplomats to sign agreements with foreign powers that may bring them into the war on the side of Spain. Such agreements, if in the form of long-term standing alliances which may extend beyond the war itself, must still be approved by the House of Lords. However, should they merely be offers of aid or the formation of coalitions only for this present war, the King and his diplomats are hereby authorized to accept them. The King and his diplomats must report all such incidences to the House of Lords for suggestions and oversight, however, as is Spanish custom.

Should a treaty to end one or multiple wars Spain is engaged in be reached, the House of Lords continues to reserve the right to vote on the terms.
