  • In need of saving...

Can I get a copy of the save file, please? Unless I've done something wrong, the link that Señor Dejon provided in the 290 BC thread only gives me a new window with coded gibberish in it as opposed to the typical option to save it to somewhere on my computer.

Anyway, I need to take a look before I post new orders. My email is ruby_maserAThotailDOTcom. Thanks...

Well, I am sorry for the lapse in orders for Pamplona. RL issues have gotten in the way these past few days and, thankfully, are not a problem any more.

However, I am desperately in need of the updated save file from 250 BC so that I can look at what is happening with the city and make informed decisions for posting orders. It would be nice to have the save file more available than it has been recently so that those of us who are outside the loop do not have to struggle to stay in step

Anyway, if someone has the current save and could email it to me tonight, I would much appreciate it. My email address again is "ruby_maserAThotmail DOTcom. Thanks

It was already sent to you, according to the email I recieved from Togas. You were on the distribution list. I forwarded another copy to you nonetheless.

Having a "distribution list" makes it sound so official

Regardless, the 230 BC save has remained undistributed in my direction. Could someone please get that to me please? Email is as I've stated in previous posts in this thread.

              Thanks...

Sent again ruby. The email I recieved from Togas shows you are definatley being sent the save from him. If you have any filters operating, they may be deleting the message.

Ruby, you don't have your filter set on exclusive, so that every mail from an unkown email adress is being put in the folder "unwanted items" or something like that (I don't know exactly how it is called in english because I always have my hotmail in Dutch).

Thanks again for the save, Señor Libre.

I check my account fairly regularly. For instance, I just checked and had 14 messages in my junkmail folder; no email from Togas was among them. However, Hotmail does nothing to BigFree's emails -- they go directly in my inbox with no problems.

So, if I am being sent emails by Togas, for some reason Hotmail is not letting them get through at all. I'll take a look at my settings again, but if anyone knows about Hotmail, I'd appreciate a heads-up about what I can do to get this fixed.

And thanks for all the help, guys

Well, for some reason, I believe my "Block Sender" list was filtering everything from Yahoo Seems strange that it would be set up as such, though; I didn't even know I had a "Block Sender" list until 5 minutes ago.

Anyway, I went so far as to add Togas to my "Safe List" now. I shouldn't have any more problems getting the save.
