  • Game Report 2070 BC

Started moving our 2nd Warrior from the south back north, to help guard the Military Border. I decided to mine 1 tile for the new city near the GoW border before moving the worker towards Regio.

The barbarian near Invictus has gone near the iron tile, and out of our vision. There is a GoW warrior scout heading east, and is north of Invictus by now.

The map pretty much says the rest.

Euh... aren't you mining one tile too far from the proposed city site ?!

EDIT: Yes, you are. Never mind, though - finish the mine and send the worker NW to build a road, and a mine.

The GoW warrior. Are they going for contact with Vox and/or GS?

Looking at NDE's city structure, there is no question they want to do some early fighting. Look at Neu Theben and Anagramaskus. Between the close spacing and the mountains, those cities will have a limits to their prioductivity until the industrial age. Be very wary of them.
