Well, the poll I put up about the name of our 2nd city was not very conclusive.
That is why we'll have a second and possibly a 3rd round, when this poll ends in 4-4-2-2 , for example.
By "rotating scheme" it is meant that we rename our city every turn or every few turns. This has the advantages that we confuse our enemies, and use more names.
