How are we selecting Ambassador's

I was wondering since I have asked to be Ambassaor to RP. It seems as though we have no defined method for electing them, I found no reference to it in the constitution

Dose one simply get chosen by the FAM, or do we need a poll?

Just chosen by the FAM as far as I know... I don't think any of us take the Constitution very seriously anyways...
