Does NDE or GoW have contact with Roleplay?

Don't both us and the team we are contacting have to have writing before we can check contacts?

Personally, I think there is a chance that Roleplay has met NDE. But GoW is just too far away for Roleplay to have met them.

Here's all we know:

The foreign ministry screen says no one but us has contact with anyone else (which we know to be false), so Dan is probably right that we need writing first...

We have two techs that GoW doesn't, Bronze Working and Pottery.
Roleplay has AT LEAST everything we have.
