Just wondering why the worker is paving the road towar NE. Werent we gonna expand SW? I am totally confused of why the worker is doing over there. Its not like its going for spice either.

It is roading the bonus grassland tile, so that we gain more commerce from it.

there are other grassland toward the expansionary direction. If we build a road there, there's more benefits.
