    Gathering Storm are the Egyptians
    NDE are the Arabs
GOW are the Chinese(edited per recent info)
    Espana are the Spanish
    Vox Controli are the Persians
    We know who we are
    Legoland are the Carthaginians

Of these, only the Glory of War has made a consistent message of open aggression (they are now playing more like a mercenary...but that still makes them a risky neighbor). (NDE has recently become much more aggressive) All of the others seem to be more neutral.

The Gathering Storm seems to have a strategy most like our own. Build and defend until we have overwhelming reason or capability to act otherwise.

From what I have heard, Espana, NDE (NDE will be our first enemy, there can be no question of this now), and Vox Contoli are the big questions. Of these, I feel that Vox Controli and NDE will have the most aggressive tendancies. I'd say Espana will be an emotional wirlwind, depending on how their infighting works out. I wouldn't trust them much.

On the basis of immediate threat (high to low)
    NDE (recently upgraded)
    Glory of War
Vox Controli(new info is confusing...leaning towards downgrading)
Gathering Storm(have heard nothing in a long time)
Espana(have heard nothing in a long time)
    Legoland(builders...nuff said)

In terms of diplomatic trust (most to least)
    Gathering Storm
    Legoland
    Espana
    Vox Controli
    Glory of War
    NDE (recently downgraded)

In terms of long term threat (high to low)
    Vox Controli
    Gathering Storm
    NDE (recently upgraded)
    GOW
    Legoland
    Espana

Pay attention to the recent update concerning NDE's recent diplomatic actions.

I think it's funny Legoland is always at the bottom of our list. Imagine if they just attacked someone, it would be the most unexpected thing....

With their UU it will be a while until they become remotely warlike.

Legolands Bronze Working Numidian Mercenaries look very powerful to me, though they are expensive. They will probably get attacked as their failure to conquer other civs makes them small, though there is a small chance they may be able to use peaceful diplomacy to their advantage.

Vox - Persia have a powerful Immortal,
they have sent peace messages (see Foreign Minister communications) and I know Betahound quite well.
They might make a good tech alliance as are scientific.

Celts Celtic swordsmen are very powerful, we need to watch out for them, horsemen will be needed to counter these, or a string of forts to give ZOC and defend against attacks with our sword/spearmen.

Our UU comes quite late, which could be a problem, but it gives us a nice midgame GoldAge

I'll post the full team info list I made when I can tommorrow,
            Off to bed , Bye!

I think Glory of War are China in fact, Looking at roleplays new foreign office thread in thepublic area, they have them as China.
Warrior poets table may be wrong.. we need to make sure they're china.
I remember someone telling me they chose China, but put Cuba to confuse us.

China has the Riders which are quite powerful, but more costly than the arabs knights who also are move 3.

Vox and us our the only Sci. civs. We should agree to hold on to Monotheism, etc, or something.

GOW is indeed playing the Chinese.

                  So many enemies...so little time...

I now really dislike NDE. They are playing like slippery snakes, ruining a spring picnic, and whispering spoiled thoughts into the minds of children...

Whats our stance on relations with NDE? I already have few thoughts on how to publicly put down NDE's reputation before we go to war if we will... the trade deal breaking down could be a gem for our justification to go to war.

anyway NDE has ansars... so does GoW, rider with better defense. Im starting to see them as a civ thats very similar.
                    :-p

From what I know of the current situation, apathy and ignoring them has been the most popular course of action (as well as the easiest to undertake ).
