  • Who is actually going to play the game?

Who owns a copy of the game and is actually going to play it? (i.e. make the moves).

I own a copy, but I'm most of the time at work, where I can't play.

I believe this will be PBEM. Everyone with an hour or so available at home, should thus be able to get in on the action. You'll need a copy of PTW, obviously, and just a short ammount of time at home.

I also work most of the day, but PBEM turns generally take less than 10 minutes, even less in the ancient era.

I'd like to see the ministers being the actual players, with all team members receiving accurate maps, etc...so as many people as possible can be involved.

      OK, some comments here:

      * if the turns last only a few minutes in the ancient era, players may want to set up a session in which several turns are played at once (quickly emailing the save file to each other). This might take longer, then.

      * a report and, as you say, maps will have to be made. This also takes time.

Players may DIE IRL before this is over. We'd better get used to each other cause this is the beginning of a looooooooooooooooooooong relationship.
