The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.

I believe this will be PBEM. Everyone with an hour or so available at home, should thus be able to get in on the action. You'll need a copy of PTW, obviously, and just a short ammount of time at home.
I also work most of the day, but PBEM turns generally take less than 10 minutes, even less in the ancient era.
I'd like to see the ministers being the actual players, with all team members receiving accurate maps, etc...so as many people as possible can be involved.

* if the turns last only a few minutes in the ancient era, players may want to set up a session in which several turns are played at once (quickly emailing the save file to each other). This might take longer, then.
* a report and, as you say, maps will have to be made. This also takes time.
A report...my warriors had not thought of this...This opens another can of worms...it's all in the details...
