  • Real poprush poll

I WILL check multiple choice this time. I WILL.

Still the same... I've removed the Red Bricks rush, however, for while it does put the city ahead by 13 shields, it puts it behind in growth by 5 turns (behind by 1 pop, IWO) and just isn't worth it either long term. So go ahead and vote for your poprush choices. I recommend 'em all (remember how corrupt a lot of these cities are).

No Farmerville rush - settlers full speed ahead
No Forkmouth rush - workers and a galley

Yes for all of the other rushes.

Whoops. I clicked on "do not support any" when I wanted to check "support all". -1 none, +1 all

Edit: Forkmouth seems to be the most contested one so far. This city is currently very corrupted; that will improve some when the road to Legopolis is built, but it will still waste about 50% of its shields and commerce. Also, the city will grow to Pop 5 in 23 turns - the limit for a happy, temple-less city under Republic. And we'll be revolting soon after that, if not a little before. But if the barracks are poprushed, 1) it will speed construction and make the first vet unit from Forkmouth be built on turn 23, and 2) it will only be at pop 4 on turn 23, and the dyes will take care of the unhappiness. The unhappiness will be gone 7 turns after that; one worker build will make sure that doesn't make the city revolt, and it can keep building mil units after that.
