In some form of excel spreadsheet - I can attempt to start it when I reinstall excel this weekend, but given my difficulties in the "Team Scores" thread I thought I should bring this idea up to the group first.

I think that's an excellent idea! Excel would be the best way to go, I'd imagine. I'm going to need to install that this weekend, too...

Guys, this has already been done - I have created such charts as part of the O2E analysis and those are where I look for and check the turn plans when posting proposals. I will update the charts for one small omission I have noticed (in our favour) and post them later today.
