I didn't know about that bug. Does it mean that all PBEM games are on Chieften? I don't think that's true, but I tried it with the Legoland SAV and we can really have 3 content citizens without anything. So we can have the poll and I'll vote for "start wonder immediately".

Btw I don't mean to pour on your parade guys but in one of my PBEM games someone built the Great Library in 550BC. That's 65 turns from now, and more than 6 shield/turn average. He had 1 cow and 2 bonus grass and 2 plain vanilla forrests next to the city, so nothing really special. And that's without a Great Leader.
    Care for some gopher?

Did you know that in GalCiv, the AI makes you think you are playing against humans? Stop laughing, they mean it!!!

Well, sure, the Great Library in 550BC... But every game is different. Currently, no other team has more than 3 cities (we are listed as #1 for area in the demographics screen). With Panama, we will have four, the settler from Jackson will/would found the fifth one. That puts us effectively one whole city ahead of others. One city we'll be able to set aside for building a wonder. So even if we waive Jackson for REX purposes (which kinda hurts), we should still at least match others as far as REXing is considered, while building a wonder. That's what makes us feel strong and that's what makes us believe others most probably don't consider wonder building this early.
