Tibi, make a three-day poll about this, please. Put 51, 60, and 66, make it a multiple choice poll, and we'll see. If we leave it on "place your comments", I am afraid we will get nowhere...

And maybe even better, use Jack's vote to break the tie... after all, he is the current President and as such is supposed (by this draft) to be able to break ties like this. I do not think there will be violent demonstrations in Legoland if you do it this way...

I like the second idea more, therefor I consider nr.8 decided by a Presidential tie-break.

Consequently, the result:
8. The ammendment will be considered adopted if it receives [TBA] of the votes.
51% - 5 votes
66% - 5 votes (Presidential tie-break)

I'll update the Constitution draft soon. A few days and we can vote it.

You can still vote if you want to. Until I update the Constitution draft the results are not final.
At least if you vote 66% for 8), we won't need the presidential tie.
