Radek, don't you think that we should have hold the save until the involved civs would have agreed with the new tech treaties (especially GoW)? Why's the rush?

The 1200BC save sent to the GS on 17-03-2003, 12:35 GMT by Vondrack.
I sent it along, since both civs were contacted with details enough to make them sit on the save, if they wish so. Whatever their decision, this turn would not be affected for us, so I went ahead and made them spend their timecounter time.

The proposed deals involve only one "urgent" thing to do, which is GoW shutting down their research. Neither us, nor GS need to make adjustments to their current research projects with respect to the deal(s) proposed. I believe it will not hurt if GoW lose their timecounter time talking to us about the deal.

I think the treaties are more important than the timecounter, that is not even official or something. The only official thing is the 24 hours rule. I would have waited at least a few hours; however the issue is not that important. OK, let's not use this thread for this.

Report tomorrow, guys, falling asleep now.
Nothing extraordinary happened - Archers killed the barb S of Forkmouth, suffering not a scratch.

I have received the turn, but I am delaying for Vondrack, as I am unclear as to our arrangement with Vox.

After waking up, I have found 1000BC savegame in my mailbox. As most of the things to do are "mandatory", I will go ahead without delay.

Report(s) for Turn 80 & 81 to be posted very soon.

We do have the 950BC save now, but we shall sit on it until we get the signed treaty with Gathering Storm. If necessary, up to full 24 hours.

With both trade agreements (GoW+GS) signed, I am now going to play our turn and pass the savegame on to GS.
