After waking up, I saw Jack online (for about half an hour)... sent him a PM about who's to play the turn, but got no answer. He is now offline and I suppose he went to bed. As the savegame has been with us for almost 10 hours now, I am going to play the turn.

OK, I admit that I am quite upset that despite expressly telling me so in a PM, Jack hasn't played the turn yet - and the save has been with us for more 22 hours now... Why do we delay the game uselessly???

I am going to play now. And just to let everybody know. This was the last drop. From now on, unless there's something important still being discussed in our forum, I am going to play as soon as the savegame hits my mailbox.

Just a quick note: I have got some outdoor stuff to do today and will not be back at my computer until about 2pm. Jack, if you happen to be able to play earlier, do so, please - just look at the last few posts in the Discussion to Chronicles thread.

EDIT: back home, going to play the turn.

... almost sleeping... still managed to play our turn...

The 2150BC savegame sent to Sir Ralph and nbarclay on Sunday, Jan 26 at 2:26am GMT.

I am going to bed now (3:30am my time here), but the big news is that Angus found out our landmass does not immediately end in the West. A narrow something extends westwards. No idea about whether it is just another peninsula or a true landbridge though... Chronicle update and comments after I get some sleep.

              G'nite!

We received The Wheel from the hut... only a whale down in the extreme SW (Sharpe was right). Chronicle update a bit later today.

The 1990BC savegame sent to Sir Ralph and nbarclay on Friday, Jan 31 at 10:30am GMT (13 minute turnaround time for Lego... ).

Nothing special happened, the land beyond the mountains extends further NW (mostly desert though). Chronicle update hopefully in two or three hours.

The 1950BC savegame sent to Sir Ralph and nbarclay on Saturday, Feb 1 at 7:59am GMT.

Another almost boring turn... the only thing worth noticing is that there are now two barbarian warriors around Farmerville. Chronicle update soon.

new rules for playing our turns

Just to make sure nobody misses the news: I have updated the first post of this thread according to the arrangement we made with ZargonX, my VP.

Basically, ZargonX is free to play our turn if I am unlikely to (be able to) play it within the next three hours. That will mostly apply to cases when the savegame arrives late in the night my time or when I have to go AFK for some time. This is not to say that he shall play the turn, but he is completely free to. It goes without saying that both of us will delay playing the turn if there is any relevant discussion still going on in our forum.
