Membership Cap

Though I think it's great that we're getting such an influx of new members at this stage, I was thinking perhaps that we might want to set a cut-off point sometime soon. Lux Invicta has closed their membership, as has the RP'ers (I think).

I would say that we should set the cut of at 15. That will actually make us the 2nd largest team, and give us a good number of citizens to work with. There will be enough people to fufill all duties, and that should give us a wide variety of opinions.

What do you all think?

More seriously, I'm not against the idea of capping members, but I'd rather have a 20 members cap. I have advertised for the team yesterday in the strategy and the PBEM forums, and I don't want to tell newcomers : "sorry, you're too late "
20 members seems reasonable to me. Also, if we cap membership, we should ask anyone leaving the team to tell it explicitely when he does so, to avoid having several incative members hindering us to recruit fresh blood

Ok, 20 seems pretty reasonable. If anything, having a membership that large will be a moral victory, right

I think 20 is a good size, and we dont want to big of a team. I was just wondering, does anyone object to the way I have been letting people into the team? Do you guys want a say in letting people in? Or have I been doing things just fine in regards to letting people into team?
