War Weariness

It seems now to be proven that War Weariness does exist for PBEMs in the 1.21 patch.

This shouldn't affect us directly too much as we don't plan on attacking anyone anytime soon. I wonder whether this will impact the impending war on Bob (especially for a potential GoW declaration of war) or affect us indirectly by leading to more of a push by the other civs to get happiness wonders?

Certainly a possibility re: happiness wonders. Re: DoW... I think that's been answered. This will make for a race to Universal Suffrage in the modern age, I'm sure.

One big change: PP is no longer all that valuable right now. Vox may want to throw the few gold spent on it to the wolves in favor of either some other tech or 0% research. (0% research would have its benefits; namely, they could start 40-turning any tech as soon as we were able to give its prereqs to Vox.)
